Buy STI ETF @ $2.98

Buy STI ETF @ $2.98. It has been 6 years that WEESTOCK has purchase STI ETF. The last time STI ETF was at around $1.50 when WEESTOCK purchased it in year 2009. Decided to shift some of the recent fund from Comfort to STI ETF after the market correction. Today STI closed at 2,945.43.

Sell STI ETF @ $1.82. Sell all. No longer holding STI ETF. Take profit after the recent run up.

Buy 1:
Gain: -7.88%
Duration of Investment: 0.45 Years
Annualized Performance: -16.69%

Buy 2:
Gain: 19.26%
Duration of Investment: 0.07 Years
Annualized Performance: 1208.01%

Overall, still make a bit of profit due to the average done when STI is at 1500 points. Will be buying back STI ETF when there is a correction.

Buy STI ETF @ $1.50
Buy STI ETF @ $1.50 using CPF fund. Second time using CPF fund to buy STI ETF. First time, WEESTOCK bought at $2.00 when STI is around 1920.79 points. Now STI closed at 1456.95. A Premium of around 3.0%. Need to do some average. Every 500 points do one average. Haa….. I don’t believe that STI will drop to Zero Points.

Buy STI ETF @ $2.00
Buy STI ETF @ $2.00 using CPF Fund. First time buying STI ETF from Singapore market. A new entry into index ETF. STI has recently on the down trend since the sub prime crisis. Today, STI closed at 1920.79.

This will be a long term investment. Willingly to hold for a long period of time if there is further downside in STI index. If there is a sudden uprise in STI index, will take profit :D. Don’t know what stocks to buy from the market, thus decide to buy STI ETF instead. Furthermore, there will be no 35% cap on CPF fund for STI ETF.
